Tashkent by Cheyenne

Posted in Uncategorized by faultmagazine on July 16, 2010

Tashkent by Cheyenne uses organic eco-friendly materials to produce her exquisite shoes. Brooklyn-based Cheyenne encourages the use of cork, scrap leather, and eco-friendly dying methods and vegetable-tanning as an alternative to the rather more popular toxic method of chromium.

Tashkent by Cheyenne is a renowned line and in the past has been called on by fashion greats Philip Lim 3.1 and Mr. Larkin for catwalk collaborations.

The line is now in its ninth season and continues to be a forerunner in eco-friendly design. A trait that has never been more desired than it is now.
